Meet Drake: a fun loving spirit who’s part gritty urbanite and part sophisticated. We worked with Grosvenor & MLA Canada (formerly MAC) to create a personality-driven campaign for their building on Calgary’s beltline. Drake raised the bar on so many levels— from the non-typical Moleskin style brochure to the tear-off posters we put up around the city— this project took a fresh approach to residential real estate marketing.
Drake’s public persona was a huge success — a woman even walked into the sales office with three poster tear-off tabs and purchased three condos.
